- When everyone started calling him Takki, he felt weird at first because that's his father's nickname lol.
- Takki and Shibutani Subaru (Kanjani8) were pretty close in their jr days as well.
- Takki was the leader of the jrs during their prime, along with Imai Tsubasa and Shibutani Subaru. He was always dressed differently from everyone else...many jr fans threatened him because they felt he was stealing/hogging all the attention....this made him feel lonely (or at least that's what he claims in an interview). At one time he said he didn't want to do concerts anymore, but fans warmed up to him.
- Takki and Tsubasa were part of group known as FIVE but the other 3 guys left....
- Takki was expected to debut solo, but he and Tsubasa wanted to be a duo. JE said no, so Takki begged the fans to write and convince JE to let them debut together...supposedly tons of fans responded.
- Takki debuted with the song Kiseki and Tsubasa with Get Down (love this song by the way), but fans were surprised to see the pv for True Heart appear after their solo vids, Takki's wish had come true!
- He was the star of Dream Boy 2004, and Enbujo.
- I think, he is the sexiest man alive lol...i think he's hotter than Kimura Takuya, but of course that's just my opinion

- He doesn't like loud noise...i think it makes him jump
- Many Johnnys claim that he's motherly and very responsible, Yamashita Tomohisa says that he thinks Takki would make a good okaasan lol.

- I think that he perfected the ero ero lol....he's so hot!! check out his muscles!!! and yet he's not TOO buff. hahaha i'm so biased...and superficial
- I think he really isn't as happy as he seems in public...with all his popularity and such, i'm sure he must feel pretty lonely...he doesn't really get a break, the man is always doing something, JE is probably trying to juice as much as they can out of him...i just hope it doesn't have a huge negative impact on him where he will one day explode from the stress >_< i hope that won't happen, i'm concerned for his health, i mean look at what's happening to Kame....Takki always talked about how he never gets much sleep, that can't be healthy at all.

- Some fans claim that he's gay....i honestly don't think he is, but if he happens to be, so what? He's still nice to look at, and it doesn't make him a bad guy =P
- Some fans are worried that he's an alcoholic because he talks about drinking a lot....that I don't know about, he may just be a social drinker, or he may drink due to the stress....don't know if he's an alcoholic though...
- The weirdest rumor that I've read about was the idea that Takki convinced Johnny Kitagawa to let him debut with Tsubasa through..."different" means, apparently this rumor claims that the fans had nothing to do with it....Isn't Johnny really old??? I mean he founded JE in the 70s......and after all those sexual harassment and molestation court hearings, didn't his sister take over the company????

im a tackey fan too and i beLieve that he is the sexiest man aLive!! and thank you for posting awesome comments about him... Let us wish him he best [of his heaLth in particuLar], and i aLso wish he wiLL surpass kimuta takuya, ^_^
